WHAT IS BODYTALK
Bodytalk works on the Principle that your body is capable of healing itself. A simple example is when you cut yourself, your body knows what to do to repair itself. Similarly, your body is capable of healing itself of bigger physical, mental and emotional trauma. However, our environment and other factors sometimes creates a breakdown in the natural communication system within the body. Bodytalk helps to identify where there are broken communication lines and addresses these.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A SESSION
The sessions are safe and non-intrusive. Practitioners use muscle testing protocol to read signals from your body to identify problem areas. Once these are identified we tap the head, heart and gut to
